Single Common Room in Condo, in Sembawang Crescent for Rent.

I am posting this ad on behalf of my mother, Madam Meena. My mum is the owner of a condo in Skypark Residences in Sembawang Crescent, and she is currently looking for a new tenant for one of her common rooms. The room is well furnished, overlooking a swimming pool, and as such has a nice view. The room comes equipped with it's own wifi (internet), and as indicated above, is well furnished, with a single sized bed, air-conditioning, cupboard, study table and chair, etc. My mom would prefer students, but she is also open to allowing working professionals to stay as well. I can also work together with my mom to arrange for a viewing of the room. The room is currently tenanted, and the current tenant will leave at the end of this current month of February 2025, and as such we are looking for the next tenant to move in around end February, or latest by early March 2025.
