LAUNDRY A 9.5 KG top load washing machine is available for use, two times a week for each tenant RESPONSIBILITY AND RULES ... All rubbish has to be thrown into the chute at the corridor regularly and when necessary. No visitors unless with permission. No pets. No heavy cooking. Deep frying, stir-frying or any heavy cooking is strictly forbidden. Pouring of oil or any material other than water into the basin is strictly forbidden as it can cause the pipes to choke. The washing machine is not allowed for washing shoes, also unable to wash thick quilts. No parking of lithium battery-based Personal Mobility Devices inside and outside of house as there are many occurrence of creating fire Do not waste water or electricity unnecessary, air con should be off when room is vacant. Keep the noise level down, especially after 11pm. Keep all furnishing and appliances in good condition. Maintain cleanliness in the common area.
